These shrubs will grow and bloom in shade. However, there
is a rule, or should we say a law, concerning blooming in shade - "More
shade = fewer flowers" or conversely "More sun = more
flowers". Try to site your shrubs where they will get a few
hours of direct sun. For those dark and dim places, use shrubs with interesting
form, foliage or bark.
